A fun picture book that aims to introduce children to the world of music. In the first part, information is given, in the simplest and clearest possible way, about "the materials and tools" of music, that is, about the sounds and about the various musical instruments. The second part attempts, in an equally simple way, a gradual introduction of the children to basic concepts related to the "grammar and syntax" of music, i.e. to musical organization (melody, rhythm, harmony, orchestration, etc.). The book is aimed at children in the last grades of elementary school and the first grades of high school, but it can also be read by older people who will have the tolerance - and the intelligence! - to overlook the -intentionally- simple language used by its author .
