1. Application
This Agreement exclusively covers every sale of products through the "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" hub. Rihardos.gr is an online store selling products via the Internet. Any deviations from this Agreement must be confirmed in writing by the company "Richardos". Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded.

Submitting your order implies acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms.

2. Offers / Orders / Contract
Orders must be received in writing via the internet by completing and submitting the relevant Order Form found on the website of "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" and are binding only if accepted by the company "Richardos" via a relevant Order Confirmation, which is recorded in the systems of "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE", appears on the user's screen, and is sent by email upon submission of the order.

You are obliged to check the Order Confirmation and immediately inform "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" in writing (no later than 3 hours from the time of receipt of the electronic Order Confirmation) of any error; otherwise, the details mentioned in the Order Confirmation will apply to this Agreement.

Before submitting an Order Form, you acknowledge that various product offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Warranty
"Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" does not provide a warranty nor guarantee protection for third-party products (products not manufactured and/or assembled by or on behalf of "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE," which the company merely resells). For such products, you will receive a warranty directly from the manufacturer or the licensor. Software that does not belong to "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" is provided in accordance with the license and warranty of the software licensor.

"Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" encloses the necessary software license with the Product where required. You must comply with this license. "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" does not provide a warranty nor guarantee the suitability of a sold product for any specific purpose.

4. Force Majeure
"Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" is not liable for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases not attributable to the fault of "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" or due to force majeure, and shall be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Indicative examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts, and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

5. Your Obligations as a Customer
You are responsible for:

The selection of your Product and its suitability for your purposes.
The costs of telephone and postal services for communicating with our company, if necessary.
6. Withdrawal - Product Returns - Consumer Rights
In the event that the products you purchased are defective during the first 14 days, you have the right to return them to "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" provided that you have first contacted our company by phone or email. The shipping cost in this case is borne by "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE." The return must be made via GENIKI TACHYDROMIKI Courier.

With the exception of certain items (see next paragraph), you have the right to return the products you purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for the return, within 14 days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.

Exceptions to the general return rule include orders involving additional work performed exclusively for you, which precludes the possibility of subsequent sale to another party. Indicative categories where returns are not permitted include all printed productions (books, notebooks), wind instruments, microphones, software, and promotional or stock products. In any case, returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them—i.e., without wear or damage to their packaging—along with the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is recommended that you carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g., broken goods, wrong item, etc.).

In case of product returns, and depending on the payment method you chose for your order and the method by which the return will be carried out, your refund will be completed within 20 days from the date we receive the products. The refund may be made by credit to your account, which you must disclose to "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE."

This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.

7. Amendment of these Terms
"Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will be valid from the moment this text is updated regarding any change.

8. Miscellaneous
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the rest of the Agreement will continue to apply. "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE" may enter into an agreement to assign its obligations to a suitable third party. Otherwise, neither party shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notifications must be made in writing (by hand, via email, fax, or first-class mail, which shall be deemed delivered 48 hours after being posted).

Applicable Law - Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law, particularly the legislation regulating matters related to electronic commerce, distance sales, and consumer protection, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
