You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

• Cash on Delivery via COURIER (only for ordera delivered in Greece)

Upon receipt of the product, you pay the final amount of your order to the courier representative. The cost for Cash on Delivery is €2. Orders over €500 must be paid via credit/debit card.

• Box Now Payment – Pay on the go

By selecting the "BOX NOW - Pay on the go" payment method, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone as soon as your order arrives at the locker, containing a link to pay for your order in a secure banking environment. You can pay the amount via credit or debit card at any time, even when you are at the locker location. Once the payment is settled, the PIN is activated immediately, and you can enter it at the locker to open the compartment and collect your order. The "BOX NOW - Pay on the go" payment method is only available for delivery to a BOX NOW locker.

In this case, your order will be dispatched after you send us the bank deposit slip via email at [email protected] or via fax at +302310930151, addressed to "Richardos Prelorentzos & Co. OE." It is mandatory that you include your order number as the transaction reference on the deposit slip (the delivery timeframe begins from the date the deposit slip is received).

Additionally, you have the option to choose whether the document issued for your order will be a retail receipt or a sales invoice. A sales invoice can be issued to companies and self-employed professionals provided that they complete the necessary information during registration.
