This book is the fruit of the coordinated effort of two distinguished American educators. Each of them contributed to its creation knowledge and insights from their field of expertise. Jane Kahan, coming from the field of dance, specializing in the movement theories of Rudolph Laban, and John Feierabend from the field of music education.
