This book studies Orff music-kinetic education and is addressed to every teacher who wishes to get to know it and utilize it in their work. Orff music-kinetic education has, by definition, the ability to evolve, to be updated over time and to adapt to the space in order to function in the historicity of every cultural and social context.
The book consists of two parts. The first acts as a starting point and is a historical retrospective with a view of the present from the past. In the second, the destination, the principles, the means and the way of shaping the content are described and a teaching approach is analyzed which can support the Orff music-kinetic education in practice.
The ultimate goal of this publication is to contribute, on the one hand, to the formation of a personal way of thinking of every teacher who wishes to deal with this subject and, on the other hand, to the creation of a meaningful relationship with Orff music-motor education.
